Susan Krinard is a multifaceted author, trained as an artist with a BFA in Illustration from the California College of Arts and Crafts. Her passion for storytelling led her to transition into writing in 1992, after a friend encouraged her to try her hand at crafting a romance novel. With a lifelong fascination for science fiction and fantasy, Susan explored the romance genre and discovered a unique blend of the two. Her breakout novel, Prince of Wolves, a romance featuring a werewolf hero, marked a significant milestone in her career. This early success led to a three-book contract with Bantam, and the novel became a bestseller.
