Steven Dunne is a British author known for his gripping thrillers. He began his writing journey, crafting articles for prominent publications such as The Guardian, The Times, and The Independent, while pursuing a career in various fields, including Public Relations Consultant, freelance Journalist, and supply teacher. Dunne's writing projects spanned across comedy, including a co-written pilot for Channel 4's Not Enough Poodles, and a book for the award-winning Latchmere Theatre Christmas pantomime, Hansel and Gretel. After years of teaching English, he turned his focus to writing novels, inspired by Thomas Harris' The Silence of the Lambs. Dunne's breakthrough novel, Reaper, a thriller about a serial killer in Derby, was initially self-published before being acquired by Harper Collins.
