Sonya Lalli is a Canadian writer of Indian heritage. She divides her time between London and Saskatoon, where she studied law and later pursued an MA in Creative Writing and Publishing at City University London. Her writing career is marked by a unique blend of journalistic and literary pursuits, having worked as a journalist at a prominent legal magazine. Lalli's experiences as a law student at Columbia University in New York City and her travels have significantly influenced her writing. In addition to her writing and journalism, she is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys various hobbies, including yoga, piano, reading, and cocktail bartending.
