Inspired by a personal encounter with a Peeping Tom as a child, Scarborough's fascination with forensics and detective work has driven her writing career. Holding an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts, she skillfully weaves together fact and fiction to craft compelling mysteries.
