Sean Sweeney is a prolific author with a passion for storytelling that began at a young age. Born in 1977 in North Central Massachusetts, Sweeney was introduced to the world of fantasy through J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit in 1988. He went on to develop a love for thrillers through John Grisham's novels and the Star Wars Expanded Universe in the 1990s. As a high school sophomore in 1993, Sweeney started writing sports for his local newspaper, marking the beginning of his writing career. Since then, he has written over 26 novels, numerous novellas, and short stories. When not writing, Sweeney enjoys golf, reading, watching movies, and following his favorite sports teams. He resides in Bolton, Massachusetts, with his wife Jennifer and their beloved animals.
