Sara Baume Books in Order

Sara Baume is a celebrated Irish novelist, weaving her unique voice from the threads of her diverse heritage. Born on the road to Wigan Pier, she spent her early years traveling with her parents in a caravan before settling in County Cork, Ireland at the age of four. This nomadic upbringing fuels her writing, which often explores the intersections of place, identity, and belonging. A graduate of Dun Laoghaire College of Art and Design and Trinity College, Dublin, where she earned her MPhil in creative writing, Baume has received a prestigious Literary Fellowship from the Lannan Foundation in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her critically acclaimed books are published by Tramp Press in Ireland and Heinemann in Britain, and she has participated in esteemed residencies, including the International Writing Program's Fall Residency at the University of Iowa.
