Richard Van Camp Books in Order
Richard Van Camp is a celebrated Dogrib (Tlicho) Dene storyteller from Fort Smith, NWT. His prolific writing career has garnered international recognition, with bestselling novels like The Lesser Blessed and Blessing Wendy, as well as collections of short stories such as Angel Wing Splash Pattern. He has also co-authored two children's books with Cree artist George Littlechild. Van Camp's work has been widely acclaimed, including being named Storyteller of the Year in both Canada and the US by the Wordcraft Circle of Native Writers and Storytellers. His children's book, Welcome Song for Baby, was selected as the official book for the Books for BC Babies program and distributed to every newborn baby in British Columbia in 2008.
