Ocean Vuong is a critically acclaimed author and poet, celebrated for his thought-provoking and emotionally charged works. His debut novel, On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous, was published to widespread acclaim in 2019 and has since been translated into numerous languages worldwide. Born in Saigon, Vietnam, Vuong resides in Northampton, Massachusetts, where he teaches as an Assistant Professor in the MFA Program for Poets and Writers at Umass-Amherst, continuing to shape the literary landscape with his innovative and poignant works.
