Nova Ren Suma is a celebrated author of young adult and middle-grade novels. Her critically acclaimed works include THE WALLS AROUND US, the haunting IMAGINARY GIRLS, and the poignant 17 & GONE, both recognized as 2014 Outstanding Books for the College Bound by YALSA. She has reimagined her middle-grade novel, DANI NOIR, for a young adult audience under the title FADE OUT. A recipient of numerous fiction fellowships, including those from the New York Foundation for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts, Suma holds a BA in writing & photography from Antioch College and an MFA in fiction from Columbia University.
