Nova Jacobs is a critically acclaimed author and screenwriter. She holds an MFA from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and is a recipient of the esteemed Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Her debut novel, "The Last Equation of Isaac Severy", was named a Best Mystery of 2018 by The Wall Street Journal and earned a 2019 Edgar Award nomination from the Mystery Writers of America. Jacobs also collaborated with Donnie Eichar on the New York Times best-seller "Dead Mountain: The Untold True Story of the Dyatlov Pass Incident".
