Michael Brandman is an acclaimed novelist, screenwriter, and motion picture & television producer. His prolific writing career has yielded numerous New York Times bestsellers, including his Jesse Stone novels: KILLING THE BLUES, FOOL ME TWICE, and DAMNED IF YOU DO, each based on characters created by the late Robert B. Parker. In collaboration with Tom Selleck, Brandman has written and produced nine Jesse Stone films for television, with a tenth installment on the horizon. As the author of the Buddy Steel mystery series, Brandman debuted with MISSING PERSONS in 2017, followed by ONE ON ONE and WILD CARD. His extensive production credits span over forty motion pictures, featuring works by renowned playwrights and authors such as Tom Stoppard, Arthur Miller, and Elmore Leonard. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Brandman is married to the award-winning actress Joanna Miles and is the father of two sons.
