Meghan Kenny Books in Order

Meghan Kenny is a multifaceted writer with a global perspective, informed by her experiences living in France, Japan, and Peru. A recipient of several prestigious fellowships, including the Tickner Fellowship at the Gilman School and the Peter Taylor Fellowship at The Kenyon Review Writers' Workshop, she has also held residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and La Muse in France. With a background in teaching writing and literature, she has worked with students of various ages through various institutions, including Lancaster Country Day School in Pennsylvania. Her stories have appeared in esteemed literary journals like The Gettysburg Review, Cincinnati Review, and Hobart. Kenny's notable awards include the 2005 Iowa Review Award for "The Driest Season" and a Pushcart Prize Special Mention, as well as a 2nd place win in Glimmer Train's 2012 Fiction Open for "Heartbreak Hotel". Her published works include the novel Away Toward Home and the short story collection Love is No Small Thing.
