Mary Balogh Books in Order
Mary Balogh is a highly acclaimed author of historical romance novels. Born in 1944 in Swansea, Wales, she began her career as a high school English teacher in Saskatchewan, Canada, before turning to writing full-time in the late 1980s. Her first book, a Regency love story, was published in 1985 under her married name. Since then, she has written over seventy novels and nearly thirty novellas, including the New York Times bestselling 'Slightly' sextet and 'Simply' quartet. Balogh's works have garnered numerous awards, including the Borders Group's Bestselling Historical of the Year and seven Waldenbooks Awards for her bestselling novels.
