Maile Meloy is a celebrated author of novels, story collections, and young adult fiction. Her notable works include the novels Liars and Saints and A Family Daughter, as well as the award-winning Apothecary trilogy for young readers. Her short story collections, Half in Love and Both Ways Is the Only Way I Want It, have garnered significant acclaim, with the latter being named one of the Ten Best Books of the Year by the New York Times Book Review.
