Lorraine Pascale is a celebrated British chef, food writer, and television presenter. Born and raised in Oxfordshire, she began her remarkable journey at 11, securing a 100 per cent scholarship to attend a prestigious boarding school in Devon. At 16, she was discovered by a model scout in Covent Garden, catapulting her to international fame, gracing the covers of top designers, including Chanel and Versace, and becoming the first British black model to appear on American Elle. After a successful modeling career, Lorraine pursued her passion for food, enrolling in a year-long cookery course at Leith's, which marked the beginning of her culinary journey. She went on to complete a foundation degree in International Culinary Arts and worked in renowned kitchens, including Petrus and The Wolseley. Eventually, she launched her own business, creating exquisite celebration cakes. Today, Lorraine continues to thrive as a celebrated chef and food personality.
