Loretta Chase Books in Order

Loretta Chase is a celebrated historical romance author born of Albanian ancestry. Since her early days, Loretta has been crafting stories, first by making up tales in her imagination and later by putting them into words as soon as she learned to write in first grade. This creative passion only intensified in her teenage years, where she spent her time writing letters, keeping a journal, and even attempting to pen the Great American Novel, a work still in progress. Loretta earned her English degree from Clark University before embarking on a diverse career, including teaching and video scriptwriting. Her writing journey took a significant turn when she met a video producer, leading her to write novels and eventually marry him. As Loretta Chase, she has been a prominent figure in the historical romance genre since 1987, earning numerous accolades, including the prestigious Romance Writers of America RITA award.
