Kitty Sewell is a versatile author born in Sweden, where her early life was shaped by a deep passion for horses. However, her family's adventurous spirit soon led them to a new home in the Canary Islands, where she learned German and Spanish. This was just the beginning of her extensive travels, as she later moved to Canada with her parents and then embarked on a solo journey through South America. After settling on the west coast, she took Canadian citizenship, married, and had children. As a qualified lawyer, she worked as a Notary Public in a sub-Arctic community, which inspired her debut novel ICE TRAP. Later, she re-trained as a psychotherapist in England and Wales, working for the National Health Service and in private practice. Her interest in writing blossomed during this period, ultimately leading to a successful literary career.
