Karina Yan Glaser is a children's book author and advocate for literacy. Born in California, she moved to New York City for college and has since dedicated nearly two decades to empowering communities through education. As a passionate advocate for social justice, Karina has developed and implemented literacy programs in homeless shelters and recruited volunteers to support underprivileged areas worldwide. A devoted mother, she takes pride in instilling a love of reading in her two children, who always have a book at the ready. Karina resides in Harlem with her family, where she continues to foster a love of literature.
