John Hornor Jacobs is a multifaceted creative, blending careers in advertising, music, and art. As a novelist, he is represented by Stacia Decker of the Donald Maass Literary Agency. His critically acclaimed first novel, Southern Gods, was published by Night Shade Books and shortlisted for the Bram Stoker Award. Jacobs' second novel, This Dark Earth, was published by Gallery/Pocket Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, in 2012.
