Jerry Craft Books in Order
Jerry Craft is a prolific writer and illustrator of children's literature, with a body of work that includes nearly three dozen books, graphic novels, and middle grade novels for esteemed publishers such as HarperCollins, Scholastic, Benchmark, and Pearson, as well as his own publishing company, Mama's Boyz, Inc. His critically acclaimed middle grade graphic novel, New Kid, was released by HarperCollins in 2019. A recipient of five African American Literary Awards, Jerry has also earned recognition from the Junior Library Guild. As the creator of the award-winning comic strip Mama's Boyz, distributed by King Features Syndicate from 1995 to 2013, he has established himself as a master of the medium. As a co-founder and co-producer of the Schomburg's Annual Black Comic Book Festival, Jerry has helped bring the world of comics to over 40,000 fans since its inception in 2013.
