Jennifer Longo Books in Order

Jennifer Longo is an acclaimed author of young adult fiction. Her critically acclaimed novel, What I Carry, published in 2020 to widespread acclaim, has been hailed as a "novel of nuance and humanity" by Kirkus. Her debut novel, Six Feet Over It, published in 2014, received a starred review from Kirkus, praising it as "superb." Longo's second novel, Up to This Pointe, published in 2016, was similarly praised by The Bulletin as "savvy...vividly conveyed." A California native, Longo holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing for Theatre from Humboldt State University. She is a two-time Irene Ryan Best Actor award recipient and a Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Best Full Length Script honoree for her play, Frozen. Now a San Francisco transplant, Longo resides on an island near Seattle with her husband and daughter.
