Gordon Korman Books in Order
Gordon Korman is an acclaimed author known for his engaging and entertaining stories for young readers. At 12 years old, he penned his first book, "This Can't be Happening at Macdonald Hall", which was inspired by his own experiences with a 7th grade English teacher. He later drew inspiration from this episode again in "The Sixth Grade Nickname Game", featuring the character Mr. Huge, a nod to that memorable teacher. Korman's career took a new direction when he moved to New York City to study film and film writing. This experience ultimately led him to meet his future wife, with whom he now resides on Long Island, raising their three children.
