Gail Fraser is a celebrated author, novelist, and non-fiction writer. Her heartwarming Lumby series has captured the hearts of readers worldwide, with titles including "The Lumby Lines," "Stealing Lumby," "Lumby’s Bounty," "The Promise of Lumby," "Lumby on the Air," "Lost in Lumby," and "Between Lumby and God." Alongside her husband, folk artist Art Poulin, Gail co-authored the thought-provoking "Finding Happiness in Simplicity: Everyday Joys for Simple Living Throughout the Year" (Globe Pequot, 2012). Prior to her successful writing career, Gail held senior executive and upper management positions in Fortune 500 and start-up corporations. Her extensive travels took her to 22 countries, including extended stays in Australia, Japan, Brazil, and several European nations. Born and raised in Rye, New York, Gail's academic background includes degrees from Colby Sawyer College, the University of London, Skidmore College, and the University of Connecticut, where she earned her MBA. Currently, Gail and Art reside on their 40-acre Lazy Goose Farm in upstate New York, a charming gentleman's farm featured in various publications and on PBS.
