Renowned author Eugenia Price is a multifaceted creative force, having transitioned from a career in dentistry to becoming a celebrated writer, producer, and director in the television and radio industry. Born on June 22, 1916, in Charleston, WV, Price's early life was marked by a passion for writing, which she pursued alongside her education. After declaring herself an atheist in college, she attended Northwestern Dental School, becoming the only woman admitted in 1935. However, her true calling remained in writing, and she began working on radio serials, including In Care of Aggie Horn and Joyce Jordan, M.D. for Proctor and Gamble. In 1945, Price founded Eugenia Price Productions, developing serials for the company. A profound spiritual transformation in 1949 led her to accept a position with WGN Radio, where she worked on Unshackled, a radio serial that catapulted her to fame and launched her lecturing career across the United States and Canada.
