Emily Gould Books in Order
Emily Gould is a New York City-based author and feminist publisher. Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, she received her B.A. from Eugene Lang College at The New School for Liberal Arts, after initially attending Kenyon College for two years. Gould has lived in New York City since 2001, with residences in the East Village, Greenpoint, and current home in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. As a writer, she has worked at Hyperion Books and Gawker.com, and is also a certified yoga instructor with training in both Alison West's 200-hour yoga teacher training and basic back care yoga certification. Gould is the founder and driving force behind Emily Books, a feminist publishing project dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices.
