Edwidge Danticat Books in Order

Edwidge Danticat is a Haitian-American author, born in Haiti and immigrating to the United States at the age of twelve. Her critically acclaimed works include <em>Breath, Eyes, Memory</em>, an Oprah Book Club selection; <em>Krik? Krak!</em>, a National Book Award finalist; and <em>The Farming of Bones</em>, which won the American Book Award. Danticat has also edited two notable anthologies, <em>The Butterfly's Way: Voices from the Haitian Diaspora in the United States</em> and <em>The Beacon Best of 2000: Great Writing by Men and Women of All Colors and Cultures</em>. A recipient of the 1995 Woman of Achievement Award from Barnard College, Danticat holds degrees in French Literature from Barnard and an MFA from Brown University. She currently resides in Miami with her husband and daughters.
