With a lifelong passion for storytelling, she draws inspiration from her childhood, where her father, a school principal, instilled in her a love of reading and the power of emotional connection through stories. After a chance encounter with writing as a young adult, Diane was hooked and has since penned 27 novels. A clinical social worker and psychotherapist by training, Diane leverages her expertise to craft compelling narratives that captivate readers worldwide. Born in Plainfield, New Jersey, she has lived in various cities, including San Diego and northern Virginia, and currently resides in North Carolina with her partner, photographer John Pagliuca, and their lovable Shetland Sheepdog, Cole.
