Dean Lorey is a renowned screenwriter and producer, currently serving as an Executive Producer on the CBS comedy THE CRAZY ONES, starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar. With a storied television career, he has contributed to acclaimed series such as ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, MY WIFE AND KIDS, and RUNNING WILDE. Lorey has also ventured into film, with credits on MAJOR PAYNE, MY BOYFRIEND'S BACK, and FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 9: JASON GOES TO HELL, as well as uncredited work on films like HAPPY GILMORE and GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE. As a novelist, Lorey has penned the young adult series NIGHTMARE ACADEMY, with the first installment, MONSTER HUNTERS, earning the "Best Children's Novel of the Year — 2008" award from SCIBA.
