Dawn Merriman is a prolific author of small-town murder mystery novels, living on a picturesque pig farm in northeastern Indiana with her family. A lifelong writer, she began crafting stories in middle school and continued to hone her craft through high school and college. Her writing talents earned her 1st place in the Northeast Indiana Young Writers short story contest in 1990. After a hiatus to raise her children, Merriman returned to her writing passion, publishing her debut novel, "How Murder Saved My Life" in 2019. Her subsequent works, including "Message in the Bones", showcase her unique voice and captivating storytelling style, solidifying her position as a rising star in the mystery genre.
