Daisy Pearce Books in Order

Daisy Pearce is a writer of dark, unsettling fiction, drawn to the macabre since reading Stephen King's 'Cujo' and The Hamlyn Book of Horror at a young age. As a teenager, she began crafting short stories, and her work soon gained recognition. 'The Black Prince' was published in One Eye Grey magazine, while 'The Brook Witch' received a staged performance at the Small Story Cabaret in Lewes in 2016. Daisy has also contributed articles on mental health to online platforms. Her novel 'The Silence' won a bursary with The Literary Consultancy in 2015, and her short story 'Worm Food' secured the Chindi Authors Competition the same year. Daisy's second novel was longlisted for the prestigious Mslexia Novel Award. Currently, she works at the University of Sussex library, where she surrounds herself with books and delves into true crime and folklore through podcasts.
