Colum McCann is a renowned author of international acclaim. His body of work spans three collections of short stories and six novels, with notable titles including "Apeirogon," "TransAtlantic," "Let the Great World Spin," "This Side of Brightness," "Dancer," and "Zoli." The latter two were international best-sellers. McCann's literary prowess has earned him numerous accolades, with "Let the Great World Spin" winning the National Book Award in 2009. His fiction has been translated into over 40 languages and published in esteemed publications such as The New Yorker and The Atlantic Monthly. He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Letters and Aosdana, the Irish association of artists.
