Clair M. Poulson is a seasoned author, judge, and law enforcement veteran with a distinguished career spanning over four decades. Born and raised in Duchesne, Utah, he developed a passion for reading at a young age, which has influenced his writing style. With a background in law enforcement, Clair served as the Duchesne County Sheriff for eight years, and as a justice court judge for the past twenty years. He has also served on various boards, including the Justice Court Board of Judges, Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, and the FBI advisory board. Clair's experiences in farming and ranching have also shaped his writing, particularly in his love for horses. A devoted husband and father of five, Clair currently serves as a Sunday School teacher and is married to Ruth.
