Cindy Pon is a critically acclaimed author known for her captivating young adult fantasy novels. Her debut, Silver Phoenix, received widespread acclaim, earning spots on the American Library Association's Booklist Top Ten Fantasy and Science Fiction Books for Youth and VOYA's list of 2009's best Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Horror. Her more recent duology, Serpentine and Sacrifice, garnered starred reviews from Kirkus and School Library Journal and was selected by the Junior Library Guild.
