Carol Edgarian is a celebrated author, editor, and publisher. Her novels, including Three Stages of Amazement and the best-selling Rise the Euphrates, have garnered widespread acclaim. Edgarian's essays and articles have been featured in numerous national magazines. As coeditor of The Writer's Life: Intimate Thoughts on Work, Love, Inspiration, and Fame, she has helped shape the literary landscape. With her husband, Tom Jenks, Edgarian founded Narrative Magazine, a leading digital source for storytelling, and Narrative in the Schools, a program promoting reading and writing in schools nationwide. Edgarian resides in San Francisco with her husband and their three daughters.
