Brian Thiem Books in Order

Brian Thiem is a seasoned law enforcement officer turned author, bringing a wealth of experience to his writing career. A twenty-five year veteran of the Oakland Police Department, he held various roles, including patrol, special operations, vice narcotics, and homicide, eventually commanding units such as special operations (SWAT) and Homicide as a lieutenant. Additionally, he retired from the Army with twenty-eight years of service, serving in the Iraq War as a military police and investigation officer. Thiem has also taught as an adjunct professor of criminal justice and worked as a security consultant. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree and currently resides in South Carolina, where he writes and is an active member of the Mystery Writers of America.
