Bonnie MacBird is a multifaceted writer, screenwriter, and producer with an illustrious career spanning film, theater, and television. As a classically trained actor, she has brought her craft to the stage, while also serving as a studio executive at Universal and earning three Emmy Awards as a producer. MacBird currently teaches writing at UCLA Extension's Writers' Program and frequently shares her expertise on writing, creativity, and Sherlock Holmes. Her acclaimed Sherlock Holmes novels, published by HarperCollins, include ART IN THE BLOOD (2015), UNQUIET SPIRITS (2017), and THE DEVIL'S DUE (2019), with a fourth installment in progress. A Los Angeles and London resident, MacBird continues to weave her creative talents into innovative stories and productions.
