Bernardine Evaristo is a renowned Anglo-Nigerian author and literary activist, celebrated for her thought-provoking works that delve into the complexities of the African diaspora. Her writing encompasses a diverse range of formats, including fiction, verse fiction, short stories, reviews, essays, and drama, with notable works such as her Booker Prize-winning novel, Girl, Woman, Other. As Professor of Creative Writing at Brunel University, London, and Vice Chair of the Royal Society of Literature, she has established herself as a respected figure in the literary world.
