Benjamin Myers is a British author and journalist known for his diverse and critically acclaimed works of fiction and non-fiction. Born in Durham in 1976, Myers' writing career spans multiple genres and formats. His novel, The Offing, was published by Bloomsbury in 2019 and achieved best-seller status in Germany, being serialised by BBC Radio 4's Book At Bedtime and selected as a Radio 2 Book club choice. The book is currently in development for stage and has been optioned for a film adaptation. Myers' non-fiction book, Under The Rock, was shortlisted for The Portico Prize For Literature in 2020.
