Alanna Knight MBE is a prolific author with an illustrious writing career spanning over five decades. She has penned more than sixty novels, including the popular Inspector Faro series, which boasts sixteen titles, and the Rose McQuinn series, featuring the daughter of the iconic Inspector Faro. Her diverse repertoire also encompasses non-fiction, true crime, and works on Scottish literary icon Robert Louis Stevenson. Knight has authored numerous short stories and two plays, as well as her award-winning debut novel 'Legend of the Loch' in 1969.
