Adam L.G. Nevill is a British horror author born in 1969 in Birmingham, England. He spent his formative years in England and New Zealand. His prolific writing career spans numerous acclaimed horror novels, including 'Banquet for the Damned', 'Apartment 16', 'The Ritual', 'Last Days', 'House of Small Shadows', 'No One Gets Out Alive', 'Lost Girl', 'Under a Watchful Eye', and 'The Reddening'. Nevill's short story collections, 'Some Will Not Sleep: Selected Horrors' and 'Hasty for the Dark: Selected Horrors', have garnered substantial recognition, with 'Some Will Not Sleep' winning the British Fantasy Award for Best Collection in 2016.
