Aanchal Malhotra is a multidisciplinary artist and oral historian who explores the intersections of memory and material culture. Holding a BFA in Traditional Printmaking and Art History from the Ontario College of Art and Design, Toronto, and an MFA in Studio Art from Concordia University, she draws upon her rich educational background to inform her creative practice. As co-founder of the 'Museum of Material Memory', a pioneering digital repository, Malhotra delves into the complexities of family histories and social ethnography through the lens of heirlooms, collectibles, and objects of antiquity from the Indian subcontinent. Based in New Delhi, Malhotra's work continues to push the boundaries of art, history, and cultural preservation.
